Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping via EMS for orders over £50 – Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding some Asian/remote regions).
Returns & Exchanges
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all accessories
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Wetsuit Boots & Socks (unless defective)
- Wetsuit Gloves (unless defective)
- Rash Vests & Thermals with removed tags
Easy Returns Process

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Please note:
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
- Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs
- For exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty items.

Aquatic Adventure Guarantee
If your baby wetsuit or diving gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos for priority resolution.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
