At Diving Adventure, we design our wetsuits to fit your family’s aquatic adventures perfectly. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, our process is as streamlined as our premium diving gear.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging with all accessories
Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Wetsuit Boots & Socks (unless defective)
- Wetsuit Gloves (unless defective)
- Rash Vests & Thermals with removed tags
Easy Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return

Step 2: Package Your Items
Once approved, repackage items securely in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide return shipping instructions. Please note:
- Standard Returns: Customer pays return shipping unless item is faulty
- Faulty Items: We cover return shipping costs
For exchanges, additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable except for faulty items.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or style? We’re happy to help:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state you’d like an exchange and specify preferred item
- We’ll process once original item is received
For faster service, you may place a new order while your return is processing.
Aquatic Adventure Guarantee
If your baby wetsuit or diving gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos for priority resolution.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
